Sandy Huibers

Natural Living Osteopathy

Sandy Huibers is a recent graduate from Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, (2016) for competing Masters in Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, in Hamilton, Ontario, and is an active and current member of the OOA (Ontario Osteopathic Association.)  She is also a Registered Massage Therapist that has been a practicing member of the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) since 2007, and she has also finished her certification in Medical Acupuncture in 2010 from McMaster University.


Every year she continues her education with CEU's (Continuing Education Units) in various subjects to round out her knowledge.


She completed a Pedetrics course in 2020, and continued her education for working with Prenatal patients in 2021 with Assessing Stages of Pregnancy and also Treating Pregnancy courses.


She also completed in 2021 the Certificate in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, that will help with further knowledge of pelvic health and exercises to correct pelvic floor dysfunction for the pregnant, postpartum and any single person, as pelvic health affect us all, Women and Men. She also completed the follow-up course of PCES in 2022 to further her understanding and importance to proper core strength and exercises.


In 2023 she has also completed Mindfulness Certification course and currently doing her Certification in Meditation. Breathe work and meditation are very underestimated. If utilized on a daily basis, it can do wonders for your mindset and outlook on life and your future. She started her personal practice of meditation in April 2015, after a personal loss. Finding the harmony with utilizing meditation she continued to this day, not every session is perfect or filled with bliss at the end. We are all human and we should be learning each and every day. So your practice will also have its eb and flow, this is natural and normal. 

Sandy has worked with a variety of people of all ages with an array of issues and discomforts from their daily routines, work life and sports related activities. She strives to work through complex issues to bring about the ultimate satisfaction to her clients with helpful solutions. She is always continuing her education through workshops, lectures and readings, and look forward to expanding her knowledge over the years to come.
